Resize Center delivered expert jewellery repair services, but their brand failed to convey credibility to B2B retail partners.
Upon review, I identified critical gaps: inconsistent visual identity, subpar user experience, and no strategic positioning as a white-label service partner. The site couldn't communicate their value proposition, enabling retailers to broaden services without additional overhead.
I crafted a comprehensive brand identity and designed a conversion-focused website, including custom functionality tailored for international B2B operations.

Drawing from the client brief and B2B target audience, I developed a brand strategy positioning Resize Center as the invisible service arm for jewellery retailers. Professional, precise, and partner focused.

I designed a complete visual identity system balancing craftsmanship with professional B2B appeal. The logo concept merges the letters R and C with a diamond element, forming a subtle ring shape. This represents their core service while maintaining corporate credibility.
Veronica purple serves as the primary colour, differentiating Resize Center in a traditionally conservative industry. It conveys innovation and expertise. Supporting neutrals (Night, Uranian Blue) ensure professional application across all B2B touchpoints.


I established essential analytics infrastructure to support Resize Center's future growth. This included onsite SEO fundamentals, custom GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, and a bespoke cookie consent solution. Rather than relying on subscription based plugins, I built a custom consent banner that integrates natively with their tracking setup. This creates a scalable foundation for future marketing without ongoing tool costs.

The combination of strategic brand positioning and technical execution delivered immediate results. The client received their first inquiry right after launch, and the professional presence now supports B2B partnership conversations.
The custom code integrations posed initial challenges, particularly the country code library, but the seamless result was worth the effort. Building reusable infrastructure like the cookie consent solution means future projects benefit from this work too. Both the process and outcome were highly satisfying for the client and myself.
